The Conference

RubyConf 2022 is three days of talks, workshops, and engagement sessions on the technical aspects of the Ruby language. Conference programming will start at 8:30 am CT on November 29 through December 1, 2022, and end around 6:00pm CT each day. In addition to workshops and talks, there will be social and networking events happening throughout the week.

Ticket Types

Individual Tickets ($700)

This ticket is for attendees who are purchasing and financing their own tickets. We encourage nonprofit employees to register for the Individual ticket, even if your ticket is being funded by your employer.

Corporate Tickets ($1,000)

This ticket is for attendees whose companies are purchasing and financing their tickets for them.

Supporter Tickets ($1,500)

These are slightly more expensive tickets that have the same attendee benefits as the others, but provide added travel support to our Scholars and conference operations. Supporters are acknowledged with a text link on our Sponsors page.

Group Tickets

We offer discounted tickets for groups of 5 or more. Please email rubyconf@rubycentral.org for more details before purchasing your group tickets.

Student Tickets

We offer student discounts; please email rubyconf@rubycentral.org for more details on purchasing a student ticket.

  • Childcare and Lactation Room

    The deadline has passed. We are no longer offering childcare and a lactation room for RubyConf Houston.

  • Hotel

    Be sure to book your hotel room at our special discounted rates ($209/night) for attendees! Don't delay, this rate is only guaranteed through November 18, 2022!

  • Refunds

    Refunds are available until October 31, 2022. Please note that some processing fees may apply and will be subtracted from your final refund.
